This is just an amazingly fascinating premise and there's so many directions this can go. Why is the cyborg running away? Are the bad guys after his unborn or after him? What's so special about this cyborg, or is it the unborn that's special? Is the unborn a robot-human hybrid perhaps? What's so special about the pregnancy, for that matter? Was the cyborg guy transplanted a robotic womb and forced to have this baby, but he's escaped? Or he always had a womb (part of his cyborg body/he's trans and kept his womb) or he's trans and had womb surgically removed but baddies put an artificial womb in for a special fetus. Was this cyborg chosen to be part of some diabolic plan? Or, was this dude just pregnant, single or with a partner, and got tangled up in some mess (perhaps his partner was involved with some gang or mafia that turned badly for them? And now cyborg guy is running to save himself and the kid).
How will the biomechanic/cyberpunk hacker help the cyborg? I admit I'm getting Children of Men vibes from this prompt, and if you'd like to do something with that, be my guest! <3
Sci-fi setting, dystopian, space canon of some sort, maybe mixed in with some espionage or mystery/noir (what's so special about this pregnant dude?)--anything here would be so, so, so sweet! There's so many directions this can go in, and to be honest I'm open for anything with this premise!

Something really out there for poor Keith. What happened to put him in this situation? Was it Voltron tapping into the paladin bond? Or something rare that happens to Galra that Keith happened to inherit? Or perhaps the paladins are in some sort of lion pride-like marriage (an Altean thing?), but one of them gets to be the one pregnant, per Altean customs, and it was decided it would be Keith. Something adorable with all the paladins cooing over their respective unborns on the astral plane while Keith is weirded out by all this? (and bonus: regnant with dead LI's baby in the case of the LI being Shiro. Does Shiro's spirit stick around on the astral plane to meet his child?)
Since this would mean that Keith is pregnant with five babies at once, maybe Coran builds a mini Voltron bed for the wee ones?

Sugiura's pregnancy could be the result of anything, from supernatural forces, dark medical practices whose entire mystery his friends/boyfriends are now trying to solve, or perhaps some strange artifact got him pregnant. Any of the tags can work great with this. I love this OT3 and I'd love to see them working together to help Sugiura work through this pregnancy, continue to be a team, and perhaps even raise the little one together after birth.

Alternatively, perhaps Kaito and Yagami receive a baby under their care. The exact circumstance is up to you. Are they taking care of a friend's baby (Saori/Hoshino's kid, maybe?), an orphan, someone else? Something cute here would be sweet.

This is based on Yakuza 6, but I'd love to see this (and because I love Majima so much). What if Majima helped Kiryu with raising Haruto? He must have babysat a few babies while at The Grand for his women there. I also love anything that shows all the numerous sides of Majima. All too often Kiryu sees him as the Mad Dog of Shimano, but the little moments when he sees the softer side of Majima, or the vulnerabilities in him, really adds a layer to their relationship in the game, and I think a scenario like this would be cool too! :D

I saw the tag "Transferring Unborn Baby from Pregnant Parent to Partner" and loved this idea so much: Cyberpunk hacker is pregnant, but he finds it annoying at times. Of course, being the brilliant hacker that he is, he found a way to transfer his pregnancy--womb, baby, and all--to his beloved husband. Cyborg is ever so confused how he was able to do that. And worrying about being able to pull this off. <3 Maybe the Hacker can hack reality itself? Anyhow, this has potential for some light crack and humor but also be really sweet.

How did the pregnant character get pregnant? Do they know, or is it mysterious and they need to find out for reasons? What supernatural laws apply to pregnancies? How did the ghost baby do it, was the pregnancy a side effect or the intended goal of the magic? How do vampires work in this setting and can they make people pregnant, or did the pregnancy happen and then the vampire hunter needed help? There's so many possibilities with these magic-supernatural-related freeforms.
If you go with the 'previously had a falling out' freeform -- The falling out could be about money, about different magic styles, a disagreement about a third party (who got killed, maybe by one of them? or who came between the partners romantically?) Maybe one of the partners cheated. Maybe they told a secret they weren't supposed to. Maybe they fell out because of arguments over having children? The psychic and woman pregnant-with-ghost-baby are married, but maybe it's a trial separation or something before the pregnancy is discovered.
